Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:

• Establishing and performing the membership agreement, providing our services (visual/video production with artificial intelligence) to you.
• Creating and managing your user account.
• Conducting financial and accounting processes related to the credit packages you purchase, and billing.
• Receiving, evaluating, and finalizing your requests, suggestions, and complaints.
• Conducting necessary analysis and studies to improve and develop our services.
• Ensuring information security processes and fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with the following recipient groups domestically and internationally, in accordance with the purposes stated above and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK:

• Technology Infrastructure Providers: Technology Infrastructure Providers: To provide visual and video creation services with artificial intelligence, the images you upload and related technical data are transferred to artificial intelligence infrastructure providers such as our technology partner Fal.ai located abroad.
• Payment Institutions: Payment Institutions: With payment service providers we have agreements with for the secure execution of credit purchase transactions.
• Authorized Public Institutions: Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations: With authorized public institutions and organizations upon request, as required by law or by court order.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected through automatic or partially automatic methods such as registering on our site, filling out forms, and uploading images. This data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of KVKK:

• "Processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract",
• "It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation",
• "Processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject"

based on these legal grounds.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, as a personal data subject, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK,
• To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction operations to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to a result occurring against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages if you suffer due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
