Article 1: Parties and Definitions

These Terms of Use regulate the relationship between EticMedya ("EticPanel" or "Service Provider") on one side and the natural or legal person ("User") using the EticPanel website ("Site") and its services ("Service") on the other side.

• Site: Site: The website accessible through the www.eticpanel.com domain.
• Service: Service: The service of processing product images uploaded by users using artificial intelligence technology to create new model photographs or product videos.
• Credit: Credit: Digital units purchased and spent for using the Service.

Article 2: Service Usage and Membership

2.1. To benefit from the Service, the User must register through the Site and create an account. The User commits that the information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

2.2. The User is fully responsible for the security of account information (username and password). EticPanel cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized use of the account.

2.3. EticPanel reserves the right to gift a certain amount of trial credits to new members. The terms of use for these credits are determined by EticPanel.

Article 3: Credits, Payment, and Refund

3.1. Use of the Service is charged through a Credit system. Users can purchase Credit packages at the prices specified on the Site.

3.2. Purchased Credit packages are non-refundable. Credits are valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire at the end of this period.

3.3. The amount of Credits to be spent for processing an image or creating a video is clearly stated on the relevant transaction page. The User accepts that the specified Credit amount will be deducted from their account when starting the transaction.

3.4. Credits spent for successfully completed transactions that produce results (images or videos) are non-refundable.

Article 4: Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. The Site's design, software, texts, images, and all content belong to EticPanel and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2. The User declares and commits to having all intellectual property rights or necessary usage licenses for images (product photos, etc.) uploaded to use the Service. All legal responsibility for uploading materials containing copyright infringement belongs to the User.

4.3. EticPanel uses images uploaded by the User only for the purpose of providing the Service. EticPanel does not share these images with third parties or use them for any other purpose without the User's permission.

4.4. The right to use the final images and videos produced using the Service belongs to the User who paid the relevant Credit fee. The User can freely use these outputs for their own commercial activities (e-commerce site, social media, advertising, etc.).

Article 5: Limitation of Liability

5.1. EticPanel does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted and error-free. It cannot be held responsible for data loss or damages that may occur due to technical malfunctions in the system.

5.2. The quality of images and videos produced with artificial intelligence may vary depending on the quality, resolution, and shooting angle of the uploaded original image. EticPanel does not guarantee that 100% perfect or error-free results will always be produced.

Article 6: Changes and Termination

6.1. EticPanel reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms of use at any time. Changes become effective from the date they are published on the Site.

6.2. If the User violates any of the articles specified in this agreement, EticPanel has the right to suspend or permanently terminate the User's account.

Article 7: Competent Court

Istanbul (Central) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for the resolution of any disputes that may arise from the application of this agreement.
